Shyngle Wigwe, father of late billionaire and former Group CEO of Access Holdings Plc, Herbert Wigwe, has allegedly sued his 26-year-old granddaughter, Otutochi, over an inheritance dispute.

Recall that in October 2024, reports emerged online alleging Shyngle Wigwe’s family planned to disinherit his late son’s children through modifications to his will.

However, the family vehemently debunked the reports.

In a recent development, a court summons has surfaced online, revealing Shyngle Wigwe suing his granddaughter.

The court summons stated that the dispute revolves around the administration of Herbert Wigwe’s estate.

The court summons, identified with suit number ID/7735, FMP/2024, was scheduled for the Lagos State Judicial Division and reinforced by a court order on November 18, 2024.
