John Okafor, popularly known online as Mr Ibu, a popular veteran Nollywood actor who has raised eyebrows after being spotted celebrating his birthday in a hospital.

The actor was seen in a hospital during the birthday celebration, which was streamed live on his personal Instagram page.

A cake and multiple bottles of juice were set in front of him to further enhance the celebrations. In an attempt to lift his spirits, the actor was surrounded by people who sang him happy birthday.

Mr. Ibu was seen making a lot of strange gestures and facial expressions throughout the video, which gave the impression that something wasn’t quite right.

As a result, the actor’s fans expressed their concerns in the comments section, with some even wishing him a happy birthday.
