For the sake of our mental health, don’t let Ghana win – Erigga begs Super Eagles

Nigerian rap artiste, Erhiga Agarivbie popularly known as Erigga appealed to the Super Eagles not to lose to the Ghanaian national men’s football team in the 2022 FIFA World Cup playoffs.

The Black Stars of Ghana will host the first leg of the tie with the Nigerian football team today, before travelling to Abuja for the reverse fixture four days later.

Ahead of the match, Erigga begged the Eguavoen-led team to defeat Ghana for the sake of the mental health of Nigerians.

According to the rapper, he cannot bear the banter that would be directed at Nigerians if Super Eagles fail to win the game.

He wrote; ”Super Eagles pls for our mental health sake on Twitter no let this people win una Abeg… I no get power for Ghana people dragging ”
