The January transfer window has now come to an end, featuring some very interesting moves that were never expected to happen during a January transfer window. The market was opened on the first of January, 2022 and lasted for an entire month. The transfer window has long acted as a addition to the summer transfer window, as teams were eager to add to the depth of their squads.

Doing a little discovery, here are some of the top transfer deals that happened during the just concluded January transfer window.

Islam Slimani

The Algerian international has been very instrumental at Lyon, but has now moved to Sporting Lisbon on a free transfer.

Aaron Ramsey

The former Arsenal player has completed a surprise move to the Scottish Premiership, with an undisclosed loan fee. Ramsey will now play for Rangers on a year long loan with an option to buy.
