A hawker has melted the hearts of many after he was spotted giving out freebies to prisoners in a correctional service vehicle.
It appears the prison bus was taking them to jail after being sentenced, and while in traffic, a hawker felt the need to assist in his own little way.

He gave out some of his money to the prisoners hopefully so that they can be able to purchase some necessary items while inside as is done in some facilities.
A motorist who noticed him captured the moment on tape and it moved people to emotions.
