While certain food can work magic and enhance your libido, others are a complete ball buster. Imagine you just met this hot chick or dude and decided to go on a date. It was so much fun and after a romantic evening, you both are in the mood for some exercise. But, just at that moment, your tummy starts quivering like it’s been dipped in an ice bath.
You feel bloated, your libido drops, you begin to wonder, what the hell happened. Embarrassing right? There could be multiple reasons, but 95% of the time, it’s the food you ate.
Food like:
1. Cheese:
Can cause severe discomfort in the tummy especially if you are lactose intolerant so avoid any kind of food with cheese if you’re planning on getting laid.
2. Beans:
Contains sugar molecules that are quite difficult for the body to digest and when it gets to your colons, it’s being transformed into bouts of gas. thanks to the bacterias. You may want to steer clear of this one if you do not intend to be a walking uncapped air cylinder.
3. Carbonated drinks:
Cola equals burbs and perhaps, fart. No one wants that during a good time in the sheets.
4. Alcohol:
I know what you’re thinking… this is the bomb, it gets you in the mood. Alcohol actually does the opposite of charge you up, it produces chemicals called melatonin which induces rest and sleep. This will leave you feeling all sluggish and so not ready for some fun time.
5. Salty foods:
Salt naturally reduces blood flow in the body and causes bloating. Eating salty food before the act can leave you with a slightly bigger tummy and no cloud 9. I could go without adding onions and garlic to the mix. Stay away from these bad boys as they have the tendency to make your partner suffocate for nose nibbling. Not only that, it can also change the smell of your secretion…Personally, I do not want to have a pungent onion smell in my coochie.
